To comply with Canadian laws we utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age.(19+)
You will be required to sign and show proof of age upon delivery.
If Proof of Age cannot be provided, you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund, or to receive order.
If you are underage, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. You will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to health reasons (consumables), all sales on products are FINAL.
We can not accept any returns or exchanges once it has left our facility.
If you have received a wrong item (nicotine strength or flavour) please contact us right away.
No changes to order once submitted and payment has been accepted.
Once your order has been processed there is no way we can refund or cancel your order.
Order's must be placed by 12pm to make delivery cut off.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we do so you will receive a full refund, unless you are deemed underage.

ORDER PROCESSING
In most cases, orders will be processed and shipped within 1 BUSINESS DAY of placing your order.
If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process.
